Welcome to MAHA Mondays, my unapologetic truth-telling series designed to wake us up, shake us up, and help us reclaim our health and our power. If you’re here, it’s because you know something’s not right—and you’re ready to do something about it.
Health Begins at Home
To begin with, let’s start with the basics: health begins at home. Not in a doctor’s office, not in a pharmacy, and certainly not in a government mandate. Instead, it begins with YOU—your choices, your kitchen, your mindset, and your boundaries.
Breaking the Conditioning
Over time, we’ve been conditioned to outsource our well-being to systems that profit from our sickness. However, that ends now. MAHA is about sovereignty—over our bodies, our minds, and our lives. In other words, it’s about asking questions, demanding answers, and refusing to be gaslit by institutions that have failed us.
The Chronic Disease Crisis
According to the CDC, six in ten adults in the U.S. have a chronic disease, and four in ten have two or more【1】. These conditions—heart disease, diabetes, obesity—are largely preventable. Even so, prevention doesn’t make money. Treatment does. That’s why we’re bombarded with ads for pills, not plants. More importantly, that’s why our food is engineered for addiction, not nutrition【2】.
Your Weekly Challenge
This week, I challenge you to take inventory:
- What’s in your pantry?
- What’s in your medicine cabinet?
- What beliefs are you holding about your health that might not be true?
Start small. For example, swap one toxic product for a clean one. Say no to one processed food item. Then, turn off one device and reconnect with nature. These aren’t just lifestyle tweaks—they’re acts of rebellion.
Reclaim Your Power
Your home is your sanctuary. Your body is your temple. Your mind is your fortress. And your choices are your weapons. Every time you say no to junk food, yes to clean water, no to fear, yes to truth—you’re making America healthy again.
Ultimately, MAHA isn’t a trend. It’s a movement. And it starts with you, right now, in your home.
Let’s make America healthy again—one conscious choice at a time.
Next Monday, we’ll expose the industries that profit from keeping us sick. Until then, stay sovereign.
With love and truth,
—Donna 💚
